best french toast ever!

oh man, tough times call for great breakfast. this lovely morning i was in need of a breakfast for champions. i had 2 days to finish a poster and a paper for my research, and as all you chemistry (chemie?) people know that is definitely not enough time. it's now 1:30 in the morning and yes, i am still in lab. BUT, this is all besides the point. back to breakfast.

here's what we have to work with:
a jar of cardamom
4 sprouted hot dog buns
4 eggs
no milk

my little heart was set on french toast, but hot dog bun/cardamom toast?

YES.

it was wonderful. chopped up the buns, whisked up the eggs, generously sprinkled the cardamom, added vanilla for kicks. and it was awesome. thank you karma. i guess.
